If you need treatment we want you to feel relaxed and ready before we begin. Treatments are not carried out during routine check-ups beacuse we need to allocate the right amount of time. This ensures you get the very best care. Your dentist will discuss all your options with you, the associated costs and answer your questions. If you have an extensive treatment plan we will provide a written estimate before we begin. We do not normally provide written estimates for simple or routine treatment but they can be provided on request. All costs must be settled in full on completion of the treatment. We do not give accounts and in some circumstances may need to ask for a deposit. For example, if your treatment involves laboratory work. If you miss an appointment, without notice, we may make a small charge. This charge must be settled before we book your next appoinment. All private work is guaranteed for two years subject to the following : you attend the practice for an examination at least once every 12 months and the failure is not due to external force/trauma.
